By accessing or using Picklr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Picklr is a tournament management platform for pickleball. You may use the Platform to organise tournaments, register as a player, and view match results. You agree not to misuse the Platform or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Tournament organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, participant communications, and compliance with local regulations. Picklr provides tools to assist organisers but does not assume responsibility for the conduct of events.
Player information (including DUPR ratings, contact details, and match history) is collected to facilitate tournament operations. We handle this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Entry fees collected through the Platform are processed on behalf of tournament organisers. Picklr facilitates payment collection and settlement. Refund policies are set by individual organisers.
Picklr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
